Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the Nar iPhone app and the narwomenshealth.com website. By using Nar, you agree to them.

1. Not medical advice

Nar is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The insights it surfaces are informational, derived from wearable signals and peer-reviewed research, but they are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified clinician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Do not use Nar's recommendations to make decisions about medications, supplements, or treatments without consulting a healthcare professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Nar.

3. Your account

Nar uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any device on which you use the app. You agree to provide accurate information when entering profile details (life stage, cycle profile, age) — Nar's outputs depend on this context.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Nar Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription processed by Apple. Pricing, free trials, and cancellation are all governed by Apple's standard terms:

8. Disclaimers

Nar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the insights it surfaces will be accurate for every individual circumstance. Wearable signals are subject to measurement error and individual variation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CID is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nar. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for Nar Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is lower.

10. Termination

You may stop using Nar at any time by deleting the app and your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that risks harm to you or others.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via the website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
